Common Technical Issues
Login Problems
If you’re unable to log in:
• Confirm your email and password are entered correctly
• Use the “Forgot Password” link to reset credentials
• Check your spam folder for password reset emails

Workouts Not Loading
If your workout session fails to load:
• Ensure you have a stable internet connection
• Refresh the session
• Log out and back in
If the issue persists, report the session name and device type in your message.
Meal Planning Not Displaying Properly
If your meal plan is not appearing correctly:
• Confirm your subscription is active
• Refresh your dashboard
• Update the app
Provide screenshots if possible when contacting support.
Subscription & Billing Errors
If you’re experiencing:
• Failed payment notifications
• Unexpected billing messages
• Access restrictions
