The exact technical implementation of Coach features may change as VitalSpark develops.

VitalSpark Coach and other interactive features may use different technical systems depending on the feature. The current VitalSpark Coach does not transmit Coach interactions to OpenAI based on the current implementation. Certain personalized workout-generation features use OpenAI as described in the Artificial Intelligence and OpenAI Processing section of this Privacy Policy.

When you contact VitalSpark, submit a form, or request assistance, we may collect:

• The reason you cannot use the in-app deletion process.

6. Artificial Intelligence and OpenAI Processing

VitalSpark uses OpenAI as a third-party artificial intelligence service for certain personalized features.

In the current mobile version of VitalSpark, OpenAI is used to help generate personalized workout-plan previews during onboarding.

Depending on the information you provide, data processed for this purpose may include:

• Preferred language.
• Current mood.
• Fitness goal.
• Fitness level.
• Workout location.
• Selected equipment and custom equipment notes.
• Preferred workout duration.
• Workout frequency and training days.
• Selected weekdays.
• Target muscle groups.
• Health conditions or limitations you choose to provide.
• Preferred coaching style.
• Requested plan duration.

VitalSpark does not intentionally include direct account identifiers such as your full name, email address, phone number, payment information, or VitalSpark account ID in the OpenAI workout-generation request.

Requests to OpenAI are processed through VitalSpark’s server-side systems rather than being sent directly from the mobile application.

VitalSpark may also use OpenAI for certain meal-generation or meal-regeneration functionality available through supported web-based features.

The current VitalSpark Coach does not transmit Coach interactions to OpenAI based on the current implementation, and AI-generated mindfulness content is not currently part of the service.

Before the first personalized workout generation, VitalSpark may present an AI disclosure and consent step explaining the use of OpenAI and the categories of fitness and wellness information that may be processed for that purpose.

If our AI providers, purposes, or data practices materially change, we will update this Privacy Policy and applicable App Store or Google Play disclosures.

7. Advertising

VitalSpark version 1.0 is not intended to contain third-party advertising such as banner advertising or advertising networks.

If advertising functionality is introduced in a future version, we will update our privacy disclosures as appropriate before or when those practices become applicable.

8. Analytics and Diagnostics

VitalSpark may use limited technical information necessary for security, reliability, crash diagnosis, or performance monitoring.

Optional product analytics or behavioral tracking may be limited, disabled, or introduced depending on the application version and approved technical configuration.

We will maintain store disclosures and this Privacy Policy so that they reflect the data practices of the currently released application.

9. Payments and Subscriptions

VitalSpark version 1.0 is intended to launch with free access.

Paid tiers, subscription options, or premium functionality may be introduced in the future.

If paid services become available, payment information may be processed by third-party payment platforms such as Apple, Google, Stripe, or another approved payment provider.

VitalSpark generally does not need to receive or store complete payment-card numbers when payments are processed directly by a third-party payment provider.

The payment provider’s own privacy policy and terms may also apply.

The VitalSpark public website may use cookies and similar technologies.

Account deletion is intended to remove the account and associated personal data, except for information that VitalSpark is permitted or required to retain for legitimate legal, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, or regulatory reasons.
