Delete Your VitalSpark Account
VitalSpark gives you two ways to request account deletion. Choose whichever one works for your situation — both lead to the same result.
Delete Your Account Inside the VitalSpark App
The fastest and preferred way to delete your account is directly inside the VitalSpark app.
- Sign in to VitalSpark.
- Open Profile.
- Open Account Management.
- Select Delete Account.
- Review the deletion warning.
- Confirm that you want to permanently delete your account.
Because you are already signed in, this is the simplest and most secure way to complete the deletion process.
If you cannot use the app, use the support option below.
Request Account Deletion Support
If you cannot sign in, cannot access your registered email, cannot open the app, or experience an error during account deletion, you can request assistance from the VitalSpark support team.

For Your Security
Please do not send:
- Your password
- One-time verification codes
- Password recovery links
- Complete medical or health information
- Payment-card information
- Government identification unless VitalSpark specifically requests it later through an approved identity-verification process
The website request form is used to create an account-deletion support request. Submitting the form does not instantly delete your account.
Important Information
Uninstalling the VitalSpark app does not delete your account.
Account deletion should only be requested if you intend to permanently remove your VitalSpark account. Once deletion is confirmed through the supported process, it may be irreversible.
