You may request deletion of your VitalSpark account.
The preferred method is to use the account deletion feature available within the VitalSpark application when supported by the current version.

5. Sale or Sharing of Personal Information
VitalSpark does not intend to sell personal information in exchange for money.

13. Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting.
There is not currently a universally adopted technical standard governing how all websites must respond to traditional Do Not Track browser signals.
Where a legally recognized privacy preference signal such as Global Privacy Control applies, VitalSpark will handle that signal as required by applicable law.

To protect users and prevent unauthorized access to personal information, we may take reasonable steps to verify a privacy request.
